How much does it cost?

Can I try before paying?
Yes. The free plan has no time limit and no card required. Each month you get 1 mock or live interview, 1 prep plan, 1 full interview debrief and 10 tracker slots, for any company.
What happens after 30 days, or when I use up the mocks?
The pack ends and that company goes back to the free plan. Everything you made stays: mock history, plans, debriefs and your tracker. If you need more practice for the same company, buy another pack; it starts its own 30 days.
Can I buy packs for two companies?
Yes. Each pack covers one company, so two interviews means two packs. Practice for any other company still uses your free monthly allowance.
What if my company is not in the list?
Type it anyway. Every company works: the study plan and mocks use what candidates report for it, and where reports are thin they use questions from companies that interview the same way, labelled as such.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you have not started any part of your pack (no study plan, mock, live interview or debrief), you get the full amount back within 7 days of purchase. Once you start using it, refunds cover verified technical problems on our side. Email support@portlumeai.com and we answer within 3 business days.
Do you use my interview answers to train AI?
No. PortLume does not train models on your prompts and does not sell your content. Third-party AI providers process your inputs to generate results under their own terms. Your answers, resume and applications stay on your account to power your dashboard.
