PortLume AI is an interview prep and debrief tool built by Adarsh Sharma in India. Why it exists, what it does and where the company data comes from.
PortLume AI helps software engineers prepare for their next interview and find out what went wrong after it. It is built and run by Adarsh Sharma, a solo founder in India.
Adarsh Sharma is a software engineer based in India and the only person behind PortLume AI. He designs, builds and supports the product himself, so a message to support reaches the person who wrote the code.
Most rejections arrive with no feedback. A short template email ends the process, and the candidate is left guessing which round or which answer cost the offer. PortLume AI was built to turn that silence into something you can act on: a clear read of the likely gaps and a short plan to close them.
Company interview guides are built from public candidate reports, such as posts and write-ups on interview forums and review sites. Each guide shows how many sources it rests on and when it was last updated. Pages without enough evidence are kept out of search results until they have more.
The guides are unofficial. PortLume AI is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any company named on the site. A debrief is a reasoned read of your own notes and never a claim about a company's private hiring decision.
