The terms for using PortLume AI: accounts, the Interview Pack and plans bought earlier, payments, acceptable use and liability.

Plans

• Free Plan: Available to all registered users. A limited number of AI generations per month and access to core features. No time limit, no card required.
• Interview Pack: A one-time purchase for one company that you choose at checkout. For 30 days from payment it gives you, for that company only, the study plans, mock interviews, live interviews, pre-interview brief and debrief listed on the Pricing page. Each pack covers one company, and a second pack, for the same or another company, starts its own 30 days. Anything left unused when a pack ends does not carry over. A launch price applies to the first 100 packs sold and the regular price after that; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. It is not a subscription: nothing renews and no card is stored.
• Earlier plans (not on sale): Plans bought before the Interview Pack remain valid until their stated expiry date with the features listed on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.

Pack and plan features are as described on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. A pack keeps the limits it was bought with. We may adjust feature limits of other active plans with 30 days' notice.

Payments and billing

• All payments are processed by Razorpay. By purchasing you agree to their terms
• Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout based on detected location, inclusive of applicable taxes
• Nothing auto-renews. A pack or plan ends on its expiry date, and you buy again only if you choose to
• An Interview Pack is paid in full at the price shown. Promo codes and sale discounts do not apply to it
• We never store your card details; Razorpay handles all payment data
