How the interview debrief works

1. Choose your path. Path A is for a rejection before any test. Path B is for getting an online assessment or interview and then being cut.

Does it tell me why the company rejected me?

No. Nobody outside the company can know its internal decision. The debrief shows likely signals from your own account of the round, so you can fix the weakest part first.

Is the interview debrief free?

How long does it take?
